Because our products are digital software, we do not offer refunds once the item has been downloaded or a license key has been issued.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product.
  • The file or license key provided is defective or cannot be activated.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected].

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before download or license issuance. Once delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
